Delete your DontForget account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent — there is no undo and no recovery window.

From the app

Open DontForget, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you: support@lovelyapps.cc

What gets deleted

Everything: your saved links and their summaries, shelves, reminders, devices, API tokens and sign-in sessions. Nothing is kept and nothing is recoverable afterwards.
