Account. Your email address and a password hash, or the identifier and email Google or Apple give us when you sign in with them, and your name if they share it or you type it in. We never see your Google or Apple password.
What you save. The links, screenshots and notes you share to the app, the text and preview image we fetch for a link, the summaries, tags and answers our AI writes about them, your shelves, reminders and settings. Ideas you send to the maker from "Shape the app" are stored with your account and deleted with it.
Technical data. A push-notification token for each device you sign in on, and server logs (request paths, timings, errors) kept for a short time to run the service.
We do not collect your contacts, location, or anything from your clipboard unless you tap to save it. There are no ads and no ad tracking.
To store your saves, sync them between your devices, summarize and search them, send the reminders you set, enforce plan limits, and answer support requests.
To summarize and search what you save we send its text, transcript or image to an AI provider — Google (Gemini) or DeepSeek — under their API terms; they do not use it to train models. Our servers run on Hetzner (Germany) and Supabase (EU). Subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details. We do not sell personal data.
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes everything — saves, summaries, shelves, reminders, devices and sessions — immediately and permanently. You can delete it from Settings in the app or by following the steps on the delete account page.
You can export, correct or delete your data at any time from the app, or ask us at support@lovelyapps.cc. If you are in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
DontForget is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will note it here and in the app.
